Lutek Shading Systems offers a limited lifetime warranty for our custom-made window coverings.

If warranty service is ever needed, please contact your original dealer. Lutek will work with your dealer to promptly repair or replace the product components found to be defective.

Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original sales receipt as well as details regarding the nature of the problem.
